How does your ordering process work?

UNAWARE ÆSTHETICS works on a made-to-order model. This means we don’t hold large stock; every garment is ordered and printed specifically for you. This is a deliberate choice against overproduction and waste.

When is my order processed?

We collect all orders on a weekly basis and place one combined order with our supplier in Portugal every Thursday. This means:

• Order before Thursday? Your item is included in that week’s order.

• Order after Thursday? Your item moves to the following week’s order.

What is the total delivery time?

After placing the weekly order with our supplier in Portugal, the full process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks until your order arrives. This includes:

1. Production and shipping from Portugal (approx. 1 week)

2. Printing by our partner in the Netherlands

3. Shipping to you

Since every item is made and printed to order, delivery time may vary slightly week to week.

Why does it take longer than other webshops?

We deliberately don’t hold large stock. This means less overproduction, less textile waste, and a smaller environmental footprint, in line with our approach to sustainable fashion. The wait is the cost of quality and responsible production.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
